The Company is engaged in the supply and production of torrefied biomass briquettes for general use as a substitute for fossil fuels. The Company operates through one segment, which is engaged in the development of a wood pellet plant. It focuses on building, owning, and operating Torrefied Briquettes (Biocoal) plants. It owns and operates a supply chain based at Natchitoches on the Red River and at Baton Rouge on the Mississippi. Its Natchitoches facility is designed to handle and store poles, logs, coarse chips, fine chips, and saw-mill residuals, including sawdust.
