4. CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Biolidics Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:

1. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
   Mr Song Tang Yih ("Mr Song") has been appointed as an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company with effect from 1 September 2021.
   The details and declarations of Mr Song, as required under Rule 704(6) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist ("Catalist Rules"), have been set out in a separate announcement made by the Company today.
   In accordance with Regulation 103 of the Company's constitution, Mr Song will hold office until the next annual general meeting of the Company, where he will then be eligible for re-election as a director of the Company.
2. RE-DESIGNATIONOF INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
   Following the appointment of Mr Song as the CEO of the Company, Mr Leong Man Chun ("Mr Leong"), the interim CEO of the Company, has been re-designated as the Chief Scientific Officer of the Company with effect from 1 September 2021.
   The details and declarations of Mr Leong, as required under Rule 704(6) of the Catalist Rules, have been set out in a separate announcement made by the Company today.
3. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE FINANCE AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
   Mr Hue Han Seung ("Mr Hue") has been appointed as Director of Corporate Finance and Corporate Development of the Company with effect from 1 September 2021.
   The details and declarations of Mr Hue, as required under Rule 704(6) of the Catalist Rules, have been set out in a separate announcement made by the Company today.
