Bigtincan announced two additions to its global management team. Kent Erickson has joined as the vice president of customer success, and Brian Beane has joined as vice president, worldwide sales operations. Erickson brings more than 15 years of experience in the wireless data telecom industry to this role, where he works closely with Bigtincan’s customers to ensure that they’re maximizing the value of the Bigtincan Hub within their organizations. Prior to joining Bigtincan, he served as manager, sales operations, at AT&T, where he was responsible for equipping field consultants with the mobile solutions needed to drive success. Before that, he was lead product marketing manager, responsible for equipping more than 8,000 AT&T Business Solutions (ABS) sellers with mobile solutions, helping showcase to customers how AT&T is mobilizing its own workforce and business processes. A sales management executive with almost 20 years of sales and operations experience, Beane is responsible for the productivity and overall success of the sales organization at Bigtincan. Before Bigtincan, Beane served as vice president, global sales operations, at Lavastorm Analytics, where he led the sales operations and sales development functions.
