The Company operates in two business sectors: the Construction Services sector and the Concession and Maintenance sector. The Construction Services sector comprises four segments: Building and Structures, Energy Infra-structure, Mechanical and Electrical, and Earthworks and Infra-structure, which undertakes primarily construction service contracts not exceeding five years. The Concession and Maintenance comprises two segments: Build, Lease, Maintain and Transfer (BLMT) model, and Build, Own and Operate (BOO) model. Building and Structures segment focused on construction of low-rise and high-rise residential and commercial properties, factories. Energy Infra-structure segment has two businesses: design and construction of medium and high voltage power substations, and installation of medium and high voltage underground cabling systems.
