Bestway Global Holding Inc. Recommends Final Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2019, Payable on June 26, 2020

Bestway Global Holding Inc. announced that the Board has recommended a final dividend of $0.0084 per Share for the year ended December 31, 2019, amounting to a total of approximately $8.9 million. Subject to Shareholders' approval at the 2020 AGM, the proposed final dividend will be distributed on June 26, 2020 to Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on May 28, 2020.

The Camping Products Segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture of flocked airbeds, fabric airbeds, air furniture and camping equipment and accessories.
