Besterra Co., Ltd. (TSE:1433) agreed to acquire Oda Corporation Co., Ltd. from Teiichi Oda, Oda Kazuyuki, and others on July 21, 2023. The transaction is expected to be completed by August 1, 2023.

Besterra Co Ltd is engaged in providing demolition works for steel, electricity, gas, oil and other plant. The Company mainly providing general engineering service, including construction methods proposal, design, construction planning, subcontracting and equipment arrangement, construction management, safety management, cost management, fund management and administrative support. Its main business includes apple peel method, dismantling method of boiler, asbestos removal work, poly chlorinated biphenyl (PCB)-related work, among others. The Company also engages in the dispatching business, the design business for aerospace equipment, energy related equipment and industrial machinery.
