(SZSE:002413) signed an agreement to acquire Changshu Beili New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Science and Technology Parks Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Changshu Economic Development Zone High-tech Venture Capital Co., Ltd. on January 9, 2018. The consideration will be paid in cash. The Board of Directors of Jiangsu Leike Defense Technology Co., Ltd. approved the transaction. Zhongwei Zhengxin (Beijing) Assets Appraisal Co., Ltd. acted as the assessment agency.
