(SZSE:300851) agreed to acquire 20% stake in Beijing Beijiao Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Jiaotong University Assets Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 40 million on May 21, 2021. Beijing Jiaoda Signal Technology Co., Ltd. will finance the transaction through its own funds.
Beijing Jiaoda Singal Technology Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and sales of key equipment for rail transit train operation control systems. The Company focuses on the research and development of key equipment for train control systems such as transponder systems, locomotive signal on-board equipment and track circuit readers (TCR). The Company's main products include transponder systems, locomotive signal central processing unit (CPU) components, track circuit readers (TCR) and train operation monitoring devices. The Company's products are mainly used in urban rail, conventional rail, high-speed rail and other fields. The Company mainly conducts business in the domestic market.
