Beijing Dynamic Power Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600405) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire the remaining 20% stake in Beijing Kenaite Technology Co., Ltd from Chen Jiang for CNY 1.5 million on January 12, 2017. After completion of the transaction, Beijing Dynamic Power Co., Ltd. will hold 100% stake in Beijing Kenaite Technology Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2016, Beijing Kenaite Technology Co., Ltd had total assets of CNY 16.1 million and net assets of CNY 9.09 million. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Beijing Dynamic Power Co., Ltd. in the 8th meeting of the 6th directorate held on February 14, 2017 and does not need its shareholders' approval.
