Shandong Befar Investment Co., Ltd. signed equity transfer agreement to acquire 6.25% stake in Jinan Shizhong District Hairong Microfinance Co., Ltd. from Befar Group Co.,Ltd (SHSE:601678) for approximately CNY 12 million on June 5, 2023. Befar Group's board of directors approved the deal.
Befar Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the production, processing and sales of chemical products. The Company's main products include caustic soda, propylene oxide, dichloropropane solvent, trichlorethylene, additives, fly ash bricks, raw salt and woven bags, among others. The Company's products are mainly used in light industry, chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and petroleum industries. The Company is also involved in the production and sales of electricity and steam through its subsidiaries. The Company mainly sells its products in domestic and overseas markets.
