On January 24, 2023, Director Harold Winner notified the Board of Directors of
BayFirst Financial Corp. ("Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary, BayFirst
National Bank (the "Bank"), of his decision to retire from the Boards of
Directors of the Company and the Bank effective January 24, 2023. Mr. Winner has
served as a member of the Company's and Bank's Boards of Directors for 11 years.
Mr. Winner was a member of the Company's Corporate Governance/Nominating
Committee, Compensation Committee and Executive Committee. Mr. Winner will serve
as a Director Emeritus of the Company, effective January 25, 2023.
