Barka Desalination Company SAOG Announces Resignation of Willem Van Den Abeele as Member of the Board of Directors and Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Barka Desalination Company SAOG announced that Mr. Willem Van Den Abeele has resigned from her positions as a member of the Board of Directors as well as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Barka Desalination Company SAOG, due to personal reasons, effective from 27 April 2023. The Board shall appoint a temporary Director in the next Board Meeting.
