Bank of China Limited Announces Retirement of Li Lihui as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Member of the Strategic Development Committee of the Board and President

Bank of China Limited announced that due to age reason, Mr. Li Lihui has tendered his resignation from his positions as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, member of the Strategic Development Committee of the Board and President of the Bank. The resignation shall become effective as of January 28, 2014.
