In accordance with Par. 5 Item 5 of the Finance Minister's Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information presented by issuers of securities and on the terms of acceptance as equivalent of information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. domiciled in Warsaw ("Bank") hereby informs that the Supervisory Board, at its meeting of 15 Sep. 2020, delegated Mr Emil Ślązak to temporarily fulfil the duties of the President of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. Management Board, effective from 17 Sep. 2020, however not longer than until 16 December 2020.
