Bank Millennium was once again on the podium in the ranking of satisfaction of individual customers, according to the report "Banks' retail customer satisfaction monitor" by ARC Rynek i Opinia. Millennium became the leader in the Contact Points category (hotline, branch visit, electronic banking and mobile application, website). It was second in the ranking of recommendation and customer satisfaction and loyalty. The study evaluated 11 banks.

- The distinction in the ranking granted by customers is a reason for great satisfaction in the dynamically changing world of their needs. We are grateful for such positive feedback. Care and good relationships and experiences are invariably the highest priority for us. In the strategy adopted by our bank for the years 2022 - 2024 people inspire us, which means that we talk to them, listen to their needs and provide solutions that will make their everyday life easier. We are supported in this by technology, thanks to which more and more customers have us at hand. We follow the market and trends as well as satisfaction rankings very closely. We draw conclusions and improve the way we operate every day. In the age of hyper-individualisation, people want to feel special. They expect brands to understand and respond to their individual needs. We make sure this is always the case and in every point of contact of our bank with customers. - Wojciech Rybak, Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium, said.

Bank Millennium became the leader of the ranking thanks to its customers. It won in the categories: Contact points (hotline, branch visit, electronic banking and mobile app, website) as well as Products and Fees and Commissions. It was also among the leaders in the ranking of recommendation, customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as the quality of service on the hotline.

The study was carried out from October to December 2021, using the CAWI method. In total, in 11 surveyed banks, N = 2540 interviews were conducted on a group of people aged 18-65, account holders in a given bank. Each bank was evaluated by about 250 of its customers.
