Santander Consumer Bank AS announces issuance of a senior unsecured green 5-year
floating rate bond of SEK 500 million, priced at Stibor 3M + 75 bps, maturing 19
Jan 2026.

In December 2019, Santander Consumer Bank AS reached a milestone by publishing
its Green Bond Framework which paved the way for the first green bonds linked to
its portfolio of electric vehicles in February 2020. Today's issuance builds
further on Santander Consumer Bank AS green bond franchise allowing investors to
take benefit of a growing portfolio of electrical vehicles.

Use of proceeds in the transaction will be used to finance a loan portfolio of
new and existing retail loan and lease contracts for electric vehicles. This is
in accordance with Santander Consumer Bank's green bond framework with a second
opinion provided by Sustainalytics.
