São Paulo, February 10th, 2021 - Banco Pine (B3: PINE4) ("Company"), a Brazilian regional bank focused on corporate relationships, pursuant to Law 6,404/76, dated December 15th, 1976, Article 157, paragraph 4th, and according to CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) Regulation 358, dated January 3rd, 2002, hereby communicates to its shareholders and the market in general that on this date released its projections for the year 2021, as shown in the table below:
