NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF NOTES ISSUED UNDER
THE U.S.$4,000,000,000 MEDIUM-TERM NOTE PROGRAM
OF BANCO DE CRÉDITO E INVERSIONES,
ACTING DIRECTLY OR THROUGH ITS MIAMI BRANCH

Reference is hereby made to (i) the Base Prospectus dated as of July 5, 2022 (as supplemented and amended, the "Base Prospectus"), related to the U.S.$4,000,000,000 Medium Term Notes Program (the "Program") of Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, a banking corporation (sociedad anónima) organized under the law of the Republic of Chile (the "Bank"), acting directly or through its Miami branch, (ii) that certain fiscal and paying agency agreement dated as of August 2, 2016 (the "Original Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement"), between the Bank, Bank of America, National Association, (operating through its London branch), as fiscal and non-U.S. paying agent and non-U.S. transfer agent, Bank of America, National Association, as U.S. paying agent, U.S. registrar and U.S. transfer agent, and Merrill Lynch Equity S.à.r.l., as Luxembourg listing agent and Luxembourg registrar, and (iii) that certain fiscal and paying agency agreement dated as of December 19, 2022 (the "New Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement"), between the Bank, acting directly or through its Miami branch, Citibank, N.A., London Branch ("Citibank"), as fiscal agent, paying agent, registrar and transfer agent, and Citibank, as calculation agent.
Pursuant to the Base Prospectus and Section 23 of the Original Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement, the Bank hereby notifies the holders of notes issued under the Program that (i) on December 19, 2022, the Bank and the other parties to the Original Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement agreed to terminate the Original Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement, and (ii) on December 19, 2022, Citibank accepted its appointment as fiscal and paying agent in respect of the notes issued under the Program pursuant to the New Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement.
