BANCO BTG PACTUAL S.A. Banco BTG Pactual S.A. (BOVESPA:BPAC11) agreed to acquire M.Y. Safra Bank, FSB on June 27, 2024. As of March 31, 2024, M.Y. Safra Bank, FSB reported total assets of $404 million and total common equity of $46 million. The completion and closing of the transaction are subject to verification of certain conditions precedent, including obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals.
