Genoa, 2 January 2019 - Banca Carige's temporary administrators inform that, following intervention from the European Central Bank, which imposed temporary administration on the Bank, no change has occurred in the governance of the Subsidiary Companies (Banca Cesare Ponti, Banca del Monte di Lucca, Creditis Servizi Finanziari and Carige Reoco),
with the governing bodies thus remaining unchanged both in their composition and powers.
