B2Digital, Incorporated announced that it will receive $270,480 in funding on January 4, 2022. The company will issue convertible promissory note, option, warrant or other right to acquire another security in the transaction. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $270,480.

The company will issue securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.
