The lender Hirofumi Ogura, the sellers Hiroshi Hyuga and Yoshikazu Yokota, and the shareholders of the Company Koichi Ishikawa and Yuichi Shirakawa have agreed with SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. not to issue, transfer, or sell the Company's common stock (Including potential shares)and securities that have the right to acquire the Company's common stock on the day of the conclusion of the original underwriting contract without the prior written consent of the managing company starting from the date of conclusion of the original underwriting contract for the offering and sale by the underwriter's purchase transaction to March 28, 2021, which is 180 days from the date of listing (start of trading).

In the infrastructure system construction service, it designs and builds various servers, networks, storage that make up the infrastructure system. The cloud service business provides KITARO, a fleet management service that enables real-time grasp of location information and mileage of working vehicles.
