On May 6, 2021, Cern One Limited and Michael Bonner announced that they will be commencing proceedings in the British Columba Supreme Court to require Axion to repeat its 2020 annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on April 15, 2021 to remedy irregularities that occurred at the April 15 meeting.
