AXÉLERO S.P.A.: ADOPTION OF IAS/IFRS ACCOUNTING STANDARDS AND 2017 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Milan, January 30, 2017 - The Board of Directors of axélero S.p.A., an Internet Company listed on the AIM Italia (Ticker: AXEL), involved in the Italian media, marketing and digital advertising sector, with a focus on supporting the digitalisation of Italian enterprises and Public Administrations, has today approved application of IAS/IFRS accounting standards from the statutory and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2016.

The Board of Directors also approved, as part of the transition to international accounting standards, in accordance with the provisions of Article 2364, paragraph 2 of the Civil Code, in addition to Article 16 of the By-Laws, utilisation of the extended 180-day deadline from year-end for approval of the 2016 Financial Statements by the Shareholders' Meeting.

Leonardo Cucchiarini, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of axélero stated: "In 2016, we began the ERP system change-over which was outsourced to Replay, while currently we are completing the transition to IAS/IFRS accounting standards. This decision was undertaken with a view to delivering even stronger and more transparent communication to an increasingly international stakeholder base, in line with the disclosure required of companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange's main index."
