Audi AG is launching its new 2017 Q5 in the United Kingdom. The automaker has started taking orders for the vehicle ahead of April deliveries. The model is on sale following its debut at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, priced from GBP 37,170. The vehicle features Audi's latest design language, with design cues such as the new, large, angular grille flanked by new LED headlights. It uses the Volkswagen Group's MLB platform and will be available with a choice of five engines, a 249bhp TFSI petrol, a 2.0 TDI diesel that produces 148bhp, 161bhp or 187bhp, and a 3.0 TDI that produces 282bhp. Six-speed manual and seven-speed S tronic gearboxes will be offered with the 2.0-litre engines, while the 3.0 TDI has an eight-speed Tiptronic box.
