Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ) reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 672 million compared to SEK 600 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 773 million compared to SEK 695 million a year ago. Net loss was SEK 1,017 million compared to net income of SEK 1,439 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was SEK 8.05 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of SEK 11.38 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was SEK 2,550 million compared to SEK 2,292 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 3,135 million compared to SEK 3,084 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 4,288 million compared to SEK 3,757 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 33.97 compared to SEK 29.65 a year ago.
Atrium Ljungberg AB, formerly LjungbergGruppen AB, is a Sweden-based company that is active within the real estate sector. The Company is engaged in the ownership, development and management of real estate property, principally in Stockholm, Malmo and Uppsala in Sweden. The Company also owns properties in Ostersund, Vasteras and Halmstad. Its property portfolio is comprised of office and retail properties, as well as residential real estate. The Company is also operational through a number of wholly owned subsidiaries, comprising TL Bygg AB, Impluvium Tio AB, Fastighets AB Blastern, Arstalunden AB, PUB AB, Suhob Fastighets AB, LjungbergGruppen Holding AB, Fastighets AB Celtica and Atrium Fastigheter AB. In February 2014, the Company acquired property Nacka Sicklaon 83:33 from Lansforsakringar Liv's subsidiary.
