Appeal heard against vesting order on last private property at the Touquoy Gold Project

Atlantic Gold NL (ASX: ATV) wishes to inform that the appeal brought by a former landowner in relation to the vesting order issued by the Nova Scotia Minister of Natural Resources against the one remaining private property required to develop the Touquoy Gold Project was heard on Wednesday 24
April.
Subject to prior notice the Judge has reserved his decision till Monday 29 April
