Asseco Poland will pay PLN 3.36 Dividend per share from 2021 earnings, or PLN 278.9 million in total, in line with an earlier management recommendation, the company said in a filing citing an adopted GM resolution. The remaining PLN 42.0 million will go to retained earnings. Dividend rights will be set on June 10, with payment to follow on June 21.
Asseco Poland paid PLN 3.11 Dividend per share last year.
