Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd agreed to acquire 70% stake in Kulim Hi-Tech Park Project from Aspen (Group) Holdings Limited (SGX:1F3) for MYR 74.08 million on May 8, 2024. The consideration consists of MYR 74.08 million in cash. As part of the consideration, MYR 74.08 million was paid towards assets.

The transaction is subject to the approval of shareholders of Aspen. The proceeds arising from the transaction will be utilised for the general working capital of Aspen.
