(1)The record date for capital increase from employees' compensation is
2022/08/09.
(2)The filing with the Financial Supervisory Commission for registration of
capital increase from employees' compensation was effective on 2022/06/07.
(3)The amount for capital increase from employees' compensation was
NT$141,518,018. The numbers of issued shares were 52,511 shares, which
were calculated based on the closing price NT$2,695 of 2022/03/04, prior
to the board resolution date.
The employees' remuneration NT$ 873 is less than one share, and it shall
be distributed in cash.
(4)Rights and obligations of the newly issued shares are the same as original
common shares.
