The Board of Directors of Asiatravel.com Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. Guok Chin Huat Samuel has resigned as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 December 2020 and arising from this, he has ceased to be the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee on the same date.
