Asia Optical Co., Inc. announced changes to Remuneration Committee. The replaced members were Mr. Hui-Min Lu: Director of Lu Hui-Min Accounting Firm/the Company's Independent Director; Mr. Shuei-Jin Chen: CPA of Yuan Sheng Accounting Firm/the Company's Independent Director; and Mr. Deng-Ke Zhong: Attorney-at-law of Chun-Lun International Law Firm/the Company's Independent Director. The resume of the new members were Mr. Hui-Min Lu: Director of Lu Hui-Min Accounting Firm/the Company's Independent Director; Mr. Chan-Long Jan: Dean of Academic Affairs, Soochow University/the Company's Independent Director; and Mr. Deng-Ke Zhong: Attorney-at-law of Chun-Lun International Law Firm/the Company's Independent Director. Effective date of the new members were August 06, 2019.
