We, Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the Board of Director's Meeting No. 3/2022 held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. It was resolved to approve the change of the Company Name, Business Objectives and Registered Capital Increase of the subsidiary with details as follows;

1. Change the Name of the subsidiary.

Former	:	AGE Commodity Trading Co., Ltd.
New	:	AGE Leasing Co., Ltd.

2. Change in business objectives of the subsidiary.

Former	:	Procurement, distribution and export of products for
		industrial plants and others.
New	:	Running a leasing business.

3.	Board structure.
	(1)	Mr. Panom		Kuansataporn
	(2)	Ms. Panita		Kuansataporn
	(3) Mr. Atipat		Kuansataporn
4.	Registered capital of the subsidiary.
	Former	:	1 Million Baht
	New	:	50 Million Baht

5.	Shareholding Structure
