ASIA FILE CORPORATION BHD. Asia File Corporation Bhd. announced the redesignation of Lam Voon Kean from Member of Audit Committee to Independent & Non Executive Member of Audit Committee. Ms. Lam has over 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, corporate secretarial and advisory.
She began her career with KPMG in 1974 under articleship and subsequently promoted as senior audit manager. She left KPMG in 1994 to join M & C Services Sdn Bhd [now known as Boardroom Corporate Services (Penang) Sdn Bhd after restructuring] as the senior manager and was promoted to managing director until her retirement in 2011.
