Ascendis Pharma A/S Appoints Birgitte Volck as the Senior Vice President & Head of Clinical Development & Medical Affairs, Endocrinology Rare Diseases and Resigns from the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company’S Board of Directors and Board of Directors

On June 14, 2021, Ascendis Pharma A/S announced that Birgitte Volck, M.D., Ph.D., will begin serving as the Company’s Senior Vice President & Head of Clinical Development & Medical Affairs, Endocrinology Rare Diseases, effective July 12, 2021. In addition, effective immediately Dr. Volck has resigned from the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors and, effective July 12, 2021, has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors.
