Changes board/management/auditors Changes in the Management Board of AS Tallinna Vesi

AS Tallinna Vesi Management Board member and Chief Operating Officer Robert Thomas Yuille is leaving his position on the Company's Management Board and will be replaced by Leho Võrk, who will also be assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer of AS Tallinna Vesi.

AS Tallinna Vesi's Chairman of the Management Board Ian Plenderleith said that "Bob has left behind a considerable legacy at Tallinn's water company - the operational and service performance is the best it has ever been, and  this is a result of the excellent work of Bob and his team. On behalf of the Company and the Supervisory Council of ASTV I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Bob for his achievements over the past two years."

Leho Võrk has spent almost 20 years working for AS Tallinna Vesi across different parts of the business. Leho holds a master's degree in engineering from the Estonian Agricultural University. He owns 179 shares in AS Tallinna Vesi. His CV is attached.

Additionally, AS Tallinna Vesi's Supervisory Council elected to appoint Ms Ilona Nurmela as General Counsel to AS Tallinna Vesi's Management Board to oversee compliance and corporate governance. Ilona holds a PhD in law from the University of Cambridge. She does not own any shares in AS Tallinna Vesi. Her CV is attached.

Robert Yuille's last date in office is 31st of January 2012. Leho Võrk and Ilona Nurmela shall start their new positions as Board Members from 1st of February 2012.
