The Company hereby in accordance with the provisions of Section 61.³ of the Financial Instrument Market Law informs that a notification on April 05^th, 2024, has been received that SIA Madesta, unified registration number 40003440441, has acquired a direct significant participation in the Company, acquiring the voting rights derived from 590 822 shares of the Company, representing 5,06% of the total voting shares of the Company, whereas Sergii Gazelynskyi, as the sole shareholder of SIA Madesta, has acquired an indirect significant participation in the Company, acquiring the voting rights derived from 590 822 shares of the Company, representing 5,06% of the total voting shares of the Company.
