AS MERKO EHITUS As the first construction contract of 2021, on 5 January, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti entered into an agreement with Astlanda Ehitus OÜ for the performance of concreting works as part of the construction of Tehnopol's office building and multi-storey car park at Mäealuse 2/4, in Tallinn.
Under the agreement, Merko's concrete work brigades will build the concrete structures for the Tehnopol Science and Business Park, in Mustamäe, with one underground and eight above-ground storeys, the office building bearing the name of Tehnopol 3, and the adjacent multi-storey car park.
The deadline for the completion of the building's structures is November 2021.
