Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) signed a definitive agreement to acquire eInfochips Limited from GVFL Ltd and others for approximately $330 million on January 2, 2018. The consideration includes $0.01 million of cash acquired. Upon completion, eInfochips will become fully owned subsidiary of Arrow Electronics. The transaction is subjected to closing conditions and statutory approvals. The transaction is expected to close this month. Avendus is the advisor in the transaction. Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP acted as legal advisor to Arrow Electronics, Inc. on the transaction.
