PZE Limited signed a binding agreement to acquire 46.25% interest in Waldegrave JV and 25% interest in Snake Creek East JV from Armour Energy Limited for approximately AUD 2 million.

PZE Limited signed a binding agreement to acquire 46.25% interest in Waldegrave JV and 25% interest in Snake Creek East JV from Armour Energy Limited (ASX:AJQ) for approximately AUD 2 million on June 1, 2022. The consideration consists of AUD 1.99 million, with majority due as a milestone payment within 6 months. PZE Limited already owns 53.75% interest in the Waldegrave JV and a 75% interest in the Snake Creek East JV and after completion of the deal, PZE Limited will wholly own Waldegrave JV and Snake Creek East JV. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of various conditions including consents and approvals.
