Argentex Group PLC Appoints Lena Wilson as Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director, Chairperson of the Nominations Committee and as Member of the Audit and Remuneration Committee

Argentex Group PLC announced that Lena Wilson has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of the company and will act as Senior Independent Director, Chairperson of the Nominations Committee and as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committee with effect from 5 August 2019.
