Benjamin Kristoffer Golding has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of
Arendals Fossekompani.

Golding (born 1980) is currently Group Executive Vice President of Products and
Innovation at the Norwegian bank DNB. He brings experience from industrial and
industrial investment companies, such as Orkla, Aker Solutions and Akastor, in
additions to years at McKinsey. Golding serves as chairman of the board of Bits
AS and as a board member of Vipps AS and Bankid Bankaxept AS. He holds a
master's degree in Technology within Cybernetics from the Norwegian University
of Science and Technology.

Partly raised in Arendal, Golding has spent most of his life in Trondheim and
Oslo. In 2018 he returned to his hometown together with his wife and two
children.

Benjamin Golding will assume his position at Arendals Fossekompani as soon as
his job in DNB comes to an end but no later than 1 August 2023.
