Arena REIT No. 1 is an Australia-based property company. The Company develops, owns and manages social infrastructure properties across Australia. Its portfolio of social infrastructure properties is leased to a diversified tenant base in the growing childcare and healthcare sectors. Its investment objective is to deliver an attractive and predictable distribution to investors, with earnings growth prospects over the medium to long term. The Company’s strategy is to invest in property underpinned by relatively long leases and in sectors with supportive macro-economic trends. It invests in various sectors, including early learning/childcare centers, healthcare, including medical centers, diagnostic facilities, hospitals, aged care and associated facilities, and education, including schools, colleges and universities and associated facilities. Its portfolio consists of 272 social infrastructure properties, which accommodate essential community services.
