American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. announced that it has expanded its management team through the addition of three industry veterans: Mark Janasik-Director of Operations, Sandi Holley-Director of Training and Quality Assurance, Michael Small-Director of Business Development. Mr. Janasik most recently served as a Franchise Partner for Taqueria del Sol(r). Prior to that, Janasik spent more than six years serving as the Vice President and Director of Operations for Calloway Consolidated Group.

Sandi Holley has been appointed as the company's head of training and quality assurance. In this position, she is overseeing the training systems that the company is utilizing with each of its franchisees. Ms. Holley most recently served as the owner and operator of one of the company's franchisees in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area.

Mike Small has obtained more than 20 years of experience working with company-owned and franchised restaurants during which time, Small successfully launched a variety of restaurant brands in new markets. As Director of Business Development, Mr. Small will be helping the company identify and open franchised restaurants in new markets throughout the country. Mr. Small joined the company from Woody's Bar-B-Q(r), where Small served as the Vice President of Operations.
