ARC Document Solutions, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was USD 68.799 million compared to USD 64.319 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 4.187 million compared to USD 2.682 million a year ago. Net income was USD 2.574 million compared to USD 1.461 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to USD 0.03 a year ago. For the half year, sales was USD 130.529 million compared to USD 152.744 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 5.904 million compared to USD 5.344 million a year ago. Net income was USD 3.363 million compared to USD 2.144 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.08 compared to USD 0.05 a year ago.
