Liaoning Meicai New Material Co., Ltd. entered into an investment agreement to raise CNY 750 million in an equity round of funding on March 3, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investors of CNY 367.5 million from Anshan Hifichem Co., Ltd. and CNY 382.5 million from Malion New Materials Co., Ltd. The transaction still needs to be approved by the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders.
Anshan Hifichem Co., Ltd. is a China-based company mainly engaged in research and development, production and sales of high performance organic pigments. The Company's products mainly include high-performance organic pigment series, solvent dye series, intermediate series products and others. These products are mainly used in coatings, plastics and ink areas. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in domestic market.
