Fujian Province Yongchunwei'an Food Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive an equity round of funding from returning investor Anji Foodstuff Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603696) on January 2, 2019. The transaction has been approved at the 8th session of the 3rd directorate meeting of the investor.
Anji Foodstuff Co., Ltd. is a China-based company engaged in the research and development, production and sales of seasoning. It has five categories major products including composite seasoning powder, natural extract seasonings, spices, sauce and flavored soup. Its composite seasoning power mainly include ribs taste seasoning, beef flavor sauces, seafood sauces and other products; natural extract seasonings include mushroom seasoning sauce, seafood seasoning, scallops seasoning and others; spices include white pepper and allspice; sauce include oyster sauce, chili sauce, curry sauces and other products, and flavored soup include chicken broth, white soup and other products.
