Anicom Holdings, Inc. announced that at the meeting of the board of directors held on May 24, 2019, it elected candidates for directors, audit & supervisory board member and substitute director. The company appointed Ken Shibusawa as outside director. The candidates shall be formally appointed upon the resolution of the 19th annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 24, 2019.
