Shenzhen Tatfook Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300134) signed a memorandum of cooperation to acquire unknown stake in Shenzhen A&E Intelligent Equipments Co., Ltd. from Anhui Peitian Heavy Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. on January 5, 2018.
