Makora Krosnienska Huta Szkla Spólka Akcyjna announced that it has received PLN 9.43 million in funding from Letus Capital Spólka Akcyjna, Investment Arm and other investors

Makora Krosnienska Huta Szkla Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:MRA) announced that it has issued 23,572,500 series E shares at PLN 0.40 per share for gross proceeds of PLN 9,429,000 on October 4, 2016. The transaction included participation from Letus Capital Spólka Akcyjna, Investment Arm for 3,622,300 shares and post closing the investor will own 11.52% stake in the company.
